Leadership
Founded by Brian O’Looney, Alex Dickson, and Lester Escobal, ODE brings over 60 years of combined award-winning experience in architecture, urban design, and planning, in a boutique, highly focused firm with unique talent and expertise. United by the belief that thoughtfully designed places enhance human happiness, our team specializes in creating economically and environmentally resilient spaces that encourage connection and community well-being.
We have partnered with municipalities, non-profits, and private developers to deliver high-quality mixed-use and residential projects. Our expertise spans a range of building types, from stacked housing to high-rise developments, with a particular focus on Type V and III buildings designed to create vibrant, desirable communities.
